4. Fill in the template line with content

Particular lines can be filled several ways by entering data to „Segment“ field by:
a. Particular account number „synthetic+analytic“ e.g. 604(+)0225
b. Group of analytic accounts e.g. 604% - displays all accounts containing 604
c. Existing template lines in drop down box
d. Combination of all options mentioned above

If the template line is filled with several accounts, these are automatically added to a template sum line. If we need some of the accounts in a particular template line subtracted from the sum value, assign mark ( - ) from drop down box „+/-„ in front of Segment field.

For example:

- Line no. 1 contains account lines in a template:
- i. 501% ….fuel – sum amount on the account 15 000
- ii. 501001 ….Fuel Natural 95 – sum amount on the account 10 000
In this case, if it is done this way, the amount on the template line will be 25 000.
If „-„ is added to ii, the amount on the template line will be 5 000 (which might be another fuel account)

This function acts as pure maths, where particular accounts are added or subtracted in the template line (marks +/-)

Activate requested function and click bottom „Search“

   4.2.Template sum lines
There are two ways to insert a sum of / for different accounts into the template line:
1. write out particular accounts / point 4.a. and 4.b.
2. insert lines which already contain defined accounts / point 4.c.
If you use option 2. and add or delete in the base line, the changes display automatically on each line, where the base line is situated.
If you update an existing base line e.g. you change 501001 to 501010, the change will not apply to other template lines which contains this updated base line. You will see (visually by colours) the lines in which the correction needs to be made.
