Financial Budgeting & Planning

The budget planning module is an intelligent module which is integrated with Oracle EBS. It allows users to easily plan financial budgets and compare them with current and historical data. Approval processes, creation of plan types and the setting of access rights are standard for the application.

Basic features of the Budget Planning module:

- a budgeting item firmly linked to the accounting string (company-department-project-task-account-facility)
- budgeting item descriptions
- user comments for individual budgeting items
- detailed items (budget items and be broken down further under the same accounting strings)
- individual budget periods (monthly)
- access rights to data according to individual user groups (two access levels--individual plans and individual departments)
- plan versions
- work flow during an approval process
