Tagit
Radio-frequency Identification
Tagit is a radio-frequency identification system for UHF band radio-frequency identification combined with IMPINJ hardware technology.
Tagit is built on DNA Technology and can quickly react to a user’s requirements and changes requested during implementation.
The hardware linked with the system allows contact-less tracing of the movement of material or people equipped with a chip. This includes access control to specific buildings and the notification of an undesirable entry or exit. The chip can be read at a distance between two and five meters depending on the type of chip used.

Benefits
- eliminates the possibility of human error as with manual records
- absolutely contact-less and fully automated
- there are no demands imposed on the user--the system does not require any changes in working procedures
- surveillance of monitored people and tagged material--immediate access to information from within a local computer network or from a remote workplace
Direction of movement is also monitored. The system can recognize (one reader--a radio tunnel) whether the person or material is entering or exiting a room or zone. This provides cheap and simple identification of instruments and materials brought in and out. Antennas can be installed unseen in ceilings.
